Rental Periods & Plans

Not ready to publish
This page is finished, but we are holding it back: pricing, deposit and minimum-period values are not yet confirmed, and the spec is explicit that no page carrying price copy should publish until they are. We are showing it so the layout and words can be checked. It goes live the day we confirm the missing detail. Publishing a figure that later changes would be worse than publishing nothing, so the structure is here and the numbers are not.

Quotes follow the period, not a package
The period and pricing structure is being confirmed. What we can describe now is how quoting works: a rental is priced against the period you actually need, the number of units, the class of machine, and the delivery zone.
We do not publish a lowest-price claim, and we do not quote a headline rate that only applies to one model.
Matching the period to the need
The period is the single biggest lever on cost. Getting it right matters more than negotiating the rate.
- DailyEvents, conferences, a one-day training room, a demo. Setup and collection dominate a short hire.
- WeeklyShort sprints, audits, an assessment window, a shoot.
- MonthlyThe common business case. A project, a contract team, cover while owned machines are in repair.
- Project-lengthTied to a contract rather than a calendar. Usually the cleanest for a fixed-term team.
Five things that change the number
- DurationLonger periods are quoted differently from short hires. Minimum period being confirmed.
- Unit countA batch is quoted as a delivery, not as one machine multiplied.
- Machine classA business laptop, a MacBook and a GPU workstation are different propositions.
- Delivery zoneWithin our delivery area, delivery and setup are included.
- DepositDeposit terms being confirmed. Dependent on units and period.
When renting stops making sense
Renting wins on a fixed term. No budget approval, no machines losing value on your books, nothing to dispose of. And the number can move with your team. Past a certain duration, buying is cheaper, that is arithmetic, not a sales position.
Below is that arithmetic. Change the numbers to your own and it will tell you which way round it falls, including the month where buying takes over.
Change the assumptions
Based on ₹2,800 to rent one unit for a month, ₹50,000 to buy one, and 12% for first-year maintenance and depreciation.
Renting 50 units for 6 months costs ₹8,40,000, against ₹28,00,000 to buy the same 50.
Renting stays cheaper up to about 20 months. Past that, buying costs less.
