In short

What "bulk" actually changes

  • Matched, not mixedThe same model across the batch, rather than whatever is in stock that week.
  • Imaged the same wayOne image across every unit, so each machine behaves the same for the person using it.
  • One delivery, one dayThe batch arrives together, into a room that is ready for it, rather than trickling in.
  • One contact throughoutThe same person from the quote through to the hand-back at the end of the period.
Batch consistency

Why a matched batch is worth insisting on

  • One image, not nineIdentical model and spec means your build deploys once. Mixed batches turn a morning's setup into a week of exceptions.
  • Support gets simplerOne machine for IT to know. One driver set. One set of quirks instead of a matrix.
  • Users stop comparingNobody on the team gets the slow one. That sounds minor until you have run a 40-person onboarding.
  • Honest at quote stageIf we cannot match your full count we tell you before you commit, not on delivery morning.
Getting them to you

Getting a batch into a building

A bulk delivery is a small planning job. These are the things worth settling on the call rather than on the day.

  • NoticeSmall batches often go same-day. For 15 or more units we ask for notice so the batch can be matched and loaded with your software together.
  • Access and timingLift access, security clearance and a delivery window. Especially in IT parks along OMR and in Guindy, where gate passes take longer than the drive.
  • Where they landDesks, a store room, or a training room laid out before we arrive. Setup is included inside our delivery area.
  • Cut-offSame-day is possible within the radius for orders before our daily cut-off. After that we confirm the next slot.
  • One contactThe same person for the quote, the delivery and every question afterwards.
  • Hand-backCollected as a batch when the work ends. Sanitisation process being documented.
How it works

Four steps.Nothing complicated.

One person handles it from the first message to collection, not a ticket queue.
